Agreement
This payment agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the first half of the payment for the electrical work provided by Turner Electrical. The first payment installment of half the total project cost is due prior to the start commencement of the project. The second half of the installment will be due prior to the completion of the Second Fix phase.
First Fix
This is the stage we start the work. This phase involves installing the necessary wiring, cables, and electrical components before the walls and ceilings are finished. This phase typically takes place during the construction or renovation process.
Second Fix
The second fix electrical stage involves the installation of electrical fixtures, fittings, and final connections to complete the electrical system in a building, testing and commissioning the electrical system to ensure its proper functioning and the safety and reliability of the installed electrical components.
